Samples undergo duplicate testing on the ELISA platform. Our meticulous procedure involves extracting the essential component from each analyte to guarantee antibody binding. This process is validated using both positive and negative controls. Subsequently, spectrophotometric analysis is employed to detect IgG and/or IgA antibodies bound to the antigen, with values directly proportional to the analyte concentration in the sample.
This test can be run either on Dried Blood Spot or Serum samples.
